IE Military and Veteran Programs

Supporting those who served with opportunity, purpose, and respect.

At IE, we are deeply committed to supporting the military community. Whether you are transitioning out of active service, are continuing as a member of the Guard or Reserve, or have already completed your military career, we provide meaningful opportunities to grow, contribute, and thrive. We value the skills, discipline, and leadership that veterans and current service members bring, and we are proud to support their success in civilian careers.

DoD SkillBridge Program

IE is proud to partner with the Department of Defense through the SkillBridge program, providing active-duty service members with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the civilian workforce during their last 180 days of service. Participants are embedded in real project teams and trained alongside full-time staff across departments such as engineering, manufacturing, electrical assembly, project management, and quality control. Our goal is to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and relationships needed to successfully transition into a rewarding post-military career.

Brandon Tull

Price Facility Mechanical Assembly Supervisor

“Being in the National Guard IE has worked with me more than any other employer I have work for when it comes to drills and training. Being an Engineer in the military and going through the various training to learn hands on and project planning has assisted in my success and where I am now. Having the ability to transfer my skills and knowledge I have attained during my serves in the military has had a big impact on what I am able to bring to the table and IE has supported and given me opportunities to demonstrate these skills."
