As the CEO of IE, Bobby Houston leads a diverse workforce in delivering and developing vital infrastructure solutions worldwide.

Bobby’s journey with IE began in his early years, ingraining him deeply in the company. Having worn numerous hats and assumed various responsibilities from the company’s inception, he brings a wealth of experience to his current role. As the former Vice-Chairman and Director of Mission Critical, Bobby played a pivotal role in propelling the company’s remarkable growth over the past several years.

His achievements include steering IE towards industry dominance by expanding its offerings across four key sectors: mining, oil & gas, power & utilities, and mission critical. Bobby attributes his greatest successes in life to the opportunities he has had to meet and learn from the many individuals he’s encountered both within and beyond the company.

Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, live music, and anything in or on the water. Residing in Utah, he takes full advantage of the state’s abundant outdoor offerings whenever possible.

Jake Erramouspe has been with IE in various roles since 2007 and has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2020. In this position, Jake orchestrates the operations across all four IE locations, overseeing a diverse workforce. Known for his strategic insight, Jake has consistently optimized organizational efficiencies and implemented policies aligning with the company’s overarching vision.

Jake’s tenure with IE started at its Utah facility, where he began as an electrical engineering intern. During his early years at IE, Jake contributed significantly to the development of an engineering/design configurator for large-scale mining equipment. Additionally, his involvement in Lean and Six Sigma efficiency initiatives played a pivotal role in streamlining IE’s procurement and warehousing operations. Jake’s forward-thinking approach led to the establishment of IE’s innovative Research and Development (R&D) department, ensuring the company remained at the forefront of industry standards. In 2014, he transitioned to IE’s South Point, OH location as General Manager, spearheading sales, engineering, and manufacturing efforts across the Eastern US region.

Jake holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Utah, complementing his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Utah State University. Beyond his professional commitments, Jake can be found exploring the outdoors, golfing, or traveling.

As the Chief Growth Officer of IE, Nathan Turner collaborates with every department to align priorities, driving forward the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Nathan brings extensive expertise in the manufacturing sector, garnered through his tenure at various Raytheon Technologies subsidiaries, including Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Carrier and Sikorsky Helicopters. During his tenure there, Nathan imparted operational strategies to over 50 manufacturing divisions spanning 10 countries.

Joining IE in 2015 as the VP of Quality, Nathan’s leadership journey saw him ascend to the role of General Manager at the Denver, CO location. His time in that role was marked by notable achievements, including spearheading the development of a Quality Management System leading to ISO9001:2015 certification across all IE facilities, as well as orchestrating a 250% growth in the Denver operation.

Nathan holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Trine University. Beyond his professional pursuits, his interests include competing in triathlons, playing golf, and embarking on adventures to new destinations around the world alongside his wife.
